1973 PORSCHE 2..7 CARRERA RS TOURING

An original, RHD, factory 2.7 Carrera RS, built in 1973 and painted in Light Yellow with Black script and M472 Touring option. First owned by renowned racing driver John Fitzpatrick who drove Porsche 935's and 962's during his career.

It is very rare that we come across such an original car as this 911. Although it is 36 years old it has all it's original panels and has only had an exterior respray In 2008. The interior is in excellent condition and has very good seats and door pockets.

The engine was fully rebuilt to the highest standards by Paul Edwards at 72,000, and the car has now covered 85,000 miles. Its has it's original 915 gearbox, which together with a limited-slip differential, make this an extremely fast sports car. It also rides on the wider 7 and 8 inch wheels which were optional at the time.

An extremely well preserved car and in a wonderfully unmolested condition.
